The Dirt on Flowers podcast is looking for someone to step into the role of Chief Marigold Officer, the person who helps keep our Insiders community thriving.

The Insiders is our membership group for flower farmers who want deeper conversations, business support, and connection with other growers. This role supports the community behind the scenes and helps make sure members feel welcomed, supported, and excited to be part of the group.

You’ll work closely with Lyndsay and Shannon to manage the day-to-day operations of the Insiders membership and help us continue to grow and improve the experience for members.

This is a remote, part-time position.

This role helps keep the Insiders community running smoothly. Responsibilities include things like:

• Managing member onboarding and communication

• Supporting members with login, payment, or content questions

• Monitoring the Insider inbox and Facebook group

• Uploading new content and sending member updates

• Helping coordinate the monthly Insider Zoom call

• Tracking membership activity and providing basic reports

• Looking for ways we can continue improving the member experience

In short, you're the person helping make sure our Insiders feel supported and the membership runs smoothly behind the scenes.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Is organized and detail-oriented

• Is comfortable managing online communities

• Enjoys helping people and solving problems

• Is tech-comfortable (email platforms, Squarespace, Zoom, etc.)

• Communicates clearly and professionally

• Has an interest in small business, farming, or the flower industry

• Bonus points if you're already familiar with The Dirt on Flowers community.

• Must be available during daytime hours to communicate with Lyndsay & Shannon as needed

Time Commitment

Approximately 5–7 hours per week, with some flexibility depending on membership activity and the monthly Zoom sessions. There may also be opportunities for additional hours helping with podcast-related projects as needed.
